How will I receive my Vibralite healing?
If your Vibralite healing was arranged via this website.
Vibralite healing is a type of energy or spiritual healing, therefore your healing will be sent to you energetically by distance healing. It will be sent directly to you by the Vibralite energies. Your healing will be streamed directly to you in the comfort of your own home (or wherever you choose to be at the time of your booking).
There is no technology involved in Vibralite healing, so you don’t need email links, and you do not need to watch the entire video, or listen to the sound track to activate it.

Can you give me advice?
Neither Vibralite nor Helen Chapman can give a professional diagnosis or prescribe or perform any medical treatments. It is recommended you consult a professional if at all concerned by any physical or mental health issue, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention.
Energy healings and readings should not take the place of registered medical care. The body can have the ability to heal itself in some circumstances and energy healing may help contribute to this.

How to prepare and what to expect
How should I prepare for a Vibralite healing?
It is best to be in a quiet space without any distractions. You can choose whether to sit or lie down for your Vibralite healing (and some people even fall asleep!)
Do not drive or use heavy machinery during your Vibralite healing, as the healing is very relaxing, and it may cause you to lose concentration or fall sleep.

What can I expect during a Vibralite healing?
Everybody receives Vibralite differently. Some find their Vibralite healings very relaxing (and some people even fall asleep!) If you are energy sensitive, you may feel Vibralite healing arriving in a wave of energy that is similar to what you would expect from an energy healing. Sometimes people feel the frequencies vibrating, or tingling, or they feel it working on their energy centres or different parts of their body. You may be able to recognise when the Vibralite healing is finished because the energy abates.
Some people do not feel anything, and if that’s the case for you, you will still receive your Vibralite healing in some form.
How long is a Vibralite healing?
Vibralite healings usually last about 30 minutes, and then they continue working for the next three or four days.
Can Vibralite cure me?
Vibralite does not claim to cure or fix anything. Instead, it opens a doorway to allow you to step into your best version of you.

What changes can I expect?
Vibralite healings go very deep and create long lasting changes.
Vibralite healing can provide instant relief, or it may work slowly and quietly in the background over a long period of time, particularly if it is a deep-set issue. Having repeat Vibralite healings will allow Vibralite to continue working over an extending period, providing steady and gradual change.
An important consideration is the Highest Good (see more below).
How does the Highest Good principle affect my healing?
Vibralite healings are given according to your Highest Good. When a healing request does not match the person’s Highest Good, the client’s higher self will adapt the healing to meet their Highest Good.
There are many reasons why a healing may not match the Highest Good. Maybe their higher self has not approved of the healing. Maybe their condition is something they have to work through from a soul perspective. Maybe the healing works on different levels so they can learn acceptance and other things.
Karma is soul based. All our souls made contracts with what we want to experience in this life before we are born. So, if your soul wants to experience something for your own evolution, there is no way any energy healing will stand in the way of it. That is what working for the Highest Good means.
Why didn’t I receive the healing when expected?
Your Vibralite healing may occur at bedtime, rather than the time you requested it. This happens when healing is sent at a time when you’re not in the right state to receive it or you might need a big healing. Bedtime Vibralite healings are very common because that’s when you are more relaxed, making the healing flow more smoothly and allowing it to integrate more easily.
Vibralite healings can be received in entirety, be spread over several nights or you may receive a small Vibralite healing when requested and then the remainder at bedtime.
Can you hear the frequencies during a Vibralite healing?
Vibralite frequencies are coming through at an expanded celestial frequency, so they are not audible to our hearing.

How does Vibralite improve health and wellbeing?
Vibralite offers physical, emotional, and mental healing. It addresses areas of stress and works to release blockages that create limitations, thereby allowing our full potential to come forth. Vibralite assists us in releasing the density of the human mind and body so that we can dissolve the lower frequencies that stand in our way. In doing that, it allows us to expand into more light-filled beings. The more light we carry, the more inner peace and wellbeing we experience and the more expanded and uplifted we become.
Are the healings tailored for individuals or one size fits all?
All Vibralite healings are personalised healings that are sent based on individual needs at the time.
Are Vibralite healings only physical or are they holistic?
Vibralite healing is holistic, so healings occur on all levels including physical, emotional and spiritual.
Do Vibralite healings continue afterwards?
Yes, Vibralite healings continue for three or four days after the healing. Vibralite healings go very deep and create long lasting changes.

What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings for one-on-one healings with Helen made via this website can be rescheduled or cancelled up until the booking time. If a booking is cancelled before the healing, a full refund will be provided. If a cancellation is received after the healing booking time, a refund will not be given.
To cancel your booking before the healing time, Login to your Account. You will see your booking listed under the ‘Healings’ heading. Below that is a link to ‘Cancel Healing’. Click that and follow the instructions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings for one-on-one healings with Helen made via this website can be rescheduled or cancelled up until the booking time. If a booking is cancelled before the healing, a full refund will be provided. If a cancellation is received after the healing booking time, a refund will not be given.
Can I book a healing for someone else?
No, you cannot book a healing via this website for another person. Healing sessions booked on this website are received exclusively by the person who made the booking. Therefore it is not possible to book a healing for someone else. If someone you know needs a healing, please encourage them to make their own booking either via this site, or arrange for them to go to a Vibralite Practitioner. The exception is for animals, as owners can book healings for their pets and animals.
Can my child receive a Vibralite healing?
Minors can receive Vibralite healing via a Vibralite practitioner who treats minors. Another option is for the child’s parent to become a Vibralite Healer. Minors cannot receive Vibralite healing via this website, as this requires written consent from their parents. A ‘Minor’ is classed as the age of a minor in your legal jurisdiction.
