What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. The Reiki Council describes Reiki as a form of “universal life energy”.
During a Reiki healing, the practitioner allows Reiki energy to flow through their hands to the recipient. Treatments may be hands-on or carried out from a distance, depending on the practitioner’s training and approach.
Reiki is widely valued for its gentle, soothing qualities and is commonly used to support relaxation, emotional well-being and a sense of balance.
There are different schools and styles of Reiki, but practitioners generally progress through levels of training and attunement, learning techniques and, at higher levels, symbols that may be incorporated into their healing practice.
What is Vibralite Healing?
Vibralite Healing is a powerful, high-frequency energy healing modality using pure, conscious Source energy.
At the heart of Vibralite are sound and light frequencies – which is where the name comes from: Vibra from vibration and lite from light. These frequencies are part of the energy itself, so no tools or equipment are needed.
Everything has its own natural frequency, including the cells and systems of the human body. When something is out of balance, its natural frequency can also be disrupted. Vibralite uses sound and light frequencies that resonate with the body’s natural frequencies, helping to restore balance and support healing. The energy can often be physically felt as tingling, pulsing or vibration as it works.
Vibralite also incorporates colours, crystalline energy, light codes and sacred geometry, creating a unique combination of healing frequencies and energies.
Another important aspect of Vibralite is its intelligence and intuition. Rather than the healer having to decide exactly what needs healing or which frequencies to use, Vibralite knows what is needed, where to go and what to do.
The energy intuitively selects and combines the frequencies and other components needed for each person, creating a customized healing every time. The healer can simply ask, intend or think for Vibralite healing and allow the energy to do the rest.
Vibralite works across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, including at the cellular and DNA level.
It can be used hands-on or from any distance. A distance healing can be initiated in seconds and does not require the healer to remain connected or actively maintain the energy flow. Once requested, the healing continues for as long as it is needed.
The key differences between Vibralite and Reiki
1. The energy
Reiki: Uses universal life-force energy and is generally experienced as a gentle and soothing form of energy healing. Reiki generally works within approximately the 3rd to 5th dimensional frequencies, depending on the form of Reiki and the practitioner.
Vibralite: Uses pure, conscious Source energy and a unique combination of sound and light frequencies, colours, crystalline energy, light codes and sacred geometry. It works multidimensionally, primarily with 9th to 12th dimensional frequencies.
This higher-frequency energy is one of the reasons Vibralite can feel quite different from traditional Reiki, particularly to experienced energy healers.

2. Ease of use
Reiki: Practitioners follow specific techniques when giving a healing, which may include hand positions and symbols.

Reiki: The practitioner remains involved throughout the healing.

4. Intelligence and intuition
Vibralite is highly intelligent and intuitive. It knows what the recipient needs and automatically customizes each healing accordingly.

5. Distance healing
Both Reiki and Vibralite can be used for distance healing.

6. The healer’s involvement
Reiki: The practitioner usually remains involved throughout the treatment while the Reiki energy flows.
Vibralite: The healer can remain present, particularly during a hands-on session, but doesn’t need to. Once a healing has been requested, Vibralite continues working independently for as long as needed.
7. Protection for the healer

Can Reiki and Vibralite work together?
Absolutely. If you’re already a Reiki practitioner, you don’t need to choose between Reiki and Vibralite. Vibralite works beautifully alongside Reiki, enhancing and amplifying the healing energy you already use.
You can consciously use Vibralite and Reiki together during a healing, or simply continue with your usual Reiki practice. Do I need to know Reiki before learning Vibralite?

Which healing modality is right for you?
Reiki and Vibralite offer different approaches to energy healing.
