How a session works
Your clearing uses Vibralite, a gentle form of energy healing. There is nothing you need to do during the session — you can simply sit comfortably while the clearing takes place.
Sessions are held on Zoom and work just as well remotely as in person.
After your first clearing, you’ll receive a short report showing which allergen or toxin groups appeared for you.

How many sessions you may need
The number of sessions depends on how many allergen or toxin groups are affecting you.
One group:
Most people need one session per group — for example, all pollens, all dairy, all moulds, or all heavy metals.
Multiple unrelated groups:
If more than one group appears, such as mould plus dairy, these are usually cleared in separate sessions.
Timing:
Sessions are typically spaced about two weeks apart to allow the clearing to settle.

Do I need to know what I’m allergic or sensitive to?
No — the clearing works with whatever is currently affecting you. If you already know the allergen or toxin you’d like to focus on, we can start there. If not, I can use energetic testing to see what’s most active.
What happens during a session?
You’ll be seated comfortably while I carry out the clearing using Vibralite energy healing. There’s nothing you need to do — simply relax and receive.
How many sessions will I need?

Do sessions work well on Zoom?
